I use it frequently with my students. Thank you for featuring it.<br /><br />"Bird by Bird" by Anne Lamott is equally wonderful for getting the creative juices flowing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6080643658210145527.post-66031410031248238432010-07-09T00:01:33.556+10:002010-07-09T00:01:33.556+10:00I don't sensor my writing because I want my ch...I don't sensor my writing because I want my children to learn who I really am at the moment. I'm a mother of 2 children 2 years and under and when they read my journals I will be gone and they will know me as a person when they were this small. The things that happen that are racy or embarrassing are what is going to make it worth their while to read them after I'm gone. My grandmother kept a journal and it was very censored and my mother was very disappointed.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12947909317770490465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6080643658210145527.post-86569462268173619662010-07-06T13:59:11.274+10:002010-07-06T13:59:11.274+10:00yeah I always think should I sensor what Im writin...yeah I always think should I sensor what Im writing, just in case someone gets upset, but my journals are part of me, lying in them is lying to myself, and that kinda defeats the purpose of a journal. <br />xx CAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09373612963101304842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6080643658210145527.post-8667641123784619732010-07-05T20:14:24.159+10:002010-07-05T20:14:24.159+10:00do you ever worry that in the future(not when you ...do you ever worry that in the future(not when you have passed to that place where you can ever get things wrong ever)...they might read your writings and be shocked at what you have written ...or offended...do you think at all what they might think?????Nettie's Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05150859467690787567noreply@blogger.com
